Public Information ForumsPublic Information Forums (PIFs) are communication events that provide the public with detailed project information and the opportunity to voice feedback, comments and concerns to the Project Team. Through an experienced facilitator, project issues are thoughtfully presented in plain language and discussion with residents about project information is encouraged. Workshop guides are available to all attendees at the onset of a meeting. Following each PIF, detailed summaries and records of the event will be sent to all attendees and made available for download on this page of this Web site. Documents |
